The WHOIS information for a domain name is visible to anyone on the Internet and contains personal contact details such as e-mail, addresses and phone numbers of the registrant. Spammers and fraudsterst can harvest and abuse this information, leaving your privacy at risk. With our ID Protect service your personal details will be replaced with a third party, thus protecting your contact information from public display. E-mails sent to the address in the WHOIS will be filtered, and legitimate e-mails are forwarded to your real address.
