SS55 to Undergo Urgent Data Transfer Maintenance

The technical department of ProperHost would like to inform you of an urgent data transfer maintenance that is going to be performed on SupremeServer 55 on January 24th, 2008, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM GMT (4:00 AM to 10:00 AM EST), with about 2 hours expected downtime for all web hosting services.
As some of you may have noticed, due to an unknown hardware problem, the machine has been suffering occasional timeouts. Our technical team will remedy the situation shortly, however, as our purpose has always been to provide highest quality web hosting services and support, we would like to follow our policy in such cases and take immediate corrective actions. Therefore we have decided, in order to ensure an excellent web hosting environment for all users of SupremeServer 55, to transfer all their account data to a new machine - SupremeServer100. This will ensure optimal performance and reliability, also because the hardware specifications of the server are better.
During the procedure, all the data that is to be transferred to the new server will remain perfectly safe. All account login details of the users will also remain unchanged. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences you might have during the downtime.
