How can I check my bandwidth statistics?

To check your bandwidth statistics, go to the Bandwidth Stats section of the Control Panel, located in the Live Stats top menu.

You may click on the Detailed Report icon to view a detailed bandwidth report for a particular domain/subdomain.

How can I check my visitor statistics?

To check your visitor statistics, go to the Traffic Stats section of the Control Panel, located in the Live Stats top menu.

Then click on the Stats icon next to the domain/subdomain you would like to display visitor statistics for. A Webalizer statistics page will show, where you can see all kind of information about your visitors.

What are the access and error logs?

The access and error logs are the raw web server statistics, which have been generated with every visit to your website. They are quite useful when you would like to check who has visited your website, what response code from the server they have received, and whether there were any error messages.

How to enable and download the access and error logs?

First, go to the Access and Error Logs section of the Control Panel.

Then simply check or uncheck the box beside any of your domain or subdomain names to enable or disable the saving of access and error logs.

You can download the raw logs for a specific domain or subdomain by clicking on the Paperclip icon.
