Sign Up (account registration)
- In the top left menu, click on the link Domain Check
- Type in the domain you want to register or transfer in the textbox, and select whether you want to register a new domain, transfer a domain or update the DNS of an existing one.
- Click on the Search for domain button to proceed to the next step.
Select a Hosting Plan and Place The Order
After choosing a domain name you have to enter your contact details and select a hosting plan.
Fill in all the required information in the signup form; your personal details, the desired hosting plan and your billing details. Please do not use any special characters in the form.
Verify that the information you have entered is correct and click Next to proceed to checkout.
After you have completed the payment procedure and your order has been verified by our sales department, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with the login information.
Log In To Your Account
Once your account has been created, you can log in to the Control Panel to manage your site and the different features included in your hosting plan. You will find the username and password in the welcome letter that has been sent to your e-mail address.
Note: For security reasons we recommend that you change the password after the first time you have logged in to the Control Panel.
We have put together more than 40 video tutorials, so that you can become familiar with our Control Panel as quickly as possible. To access the tutorials, click on Video Tutorials in the Help Center menu inside the Control Panel.
What are the first things I need to do in order to get my site online?
In order to get online, you must first create a website or upload one you already have on your computer.
To upload your site, you can either make a connection to the server through FTP (File Transfer Protocol) with the following settings:
FTP Host: your domain name
Username: your account username
Password: your account password
Port: 21
The files must be uploaded to a directory with the same name as your domain. (E.g. if your domain name is 'yourname.com', you will then upload your site to the directory named 'yourname.com'. You can use any FTP client application.
Or use the web-based FileManager located inside the Control Panel. (Suitable for a small amount of files only).
You can also use the SiteStudio website builder to create a website. To log in to SiteStudio, click on the SiteStudio icon in the Web Tools menu inside the Control Panel.
Finally, point your browser to your domain name to see the results of your work!
